“You mean it looks like we have to fight with Izzy over wedding plans because she’s going to force her say into it?”

He snorted and rubbed his nose against Alec’s.

“Earlier you said you had news.  What is it?”

He had forgotten.  He had been so nervous about this moment that he had forgotten that Alec had news.

“I suppose it’s better with her, then we don’t have to hire a wedding planner,” he laughed. 

Alec wouldn’t let the anxiety show when Jace asked about his ‘news’. 

“It’s nothing, we can talk about it later, alright?”
